Telecommunications grade equipment architecture

Adopting the blade type card structure commonly used in telecom grade equipment, with a height of 4U, it can be installed in a standard 19 inch cabinet. A single box can accommodate up to 10 switching boards, 2 main control boards, and 2 power supplies at the same time. The backplane is a dual star passive structure, and all boards and power supplies use industrial and automotive grade components, and support hot swapping. It can work continuously for a long time and supports uninterrupted maintenance without power.

Technical Features

The switching source can come from any AES/EBU input, or from AoIP signals imported from the motherboard or local pad music signals. It can be set with 1-8 priority levels as needed to form an emergency eight choice, supporting automatic and manual switching.
Adopting an FPGA+microcontroller architecture, without an operating system, switching supports both synchronous and asynchronous modes.

Built in solid-state pad music

Each board is equipped with a solid-state pad music device, which can download pad music files through USB and supports constant playback mode and emergency triggered playback mode.

Power outage direct connection

Each switching board has a power-off direct function, with the first input and first output being powered off directly.

AoIP core functions

The AoIP function design strictly follows the GY/T304-2016 (AES67) and GY/T322-2019 (AES70) standards. CSW0808 can automatically discover and manage devices through the AES70 Browser software, making device management and monitoring more convenient and comprehensive. At the same time, AES67 stream connection instructions can be issued through the AES70 Browser to configure the receiving and sending channels of the switch AES67 stream, thereby achieving connection management of AES67 streams.
The AoIP signal access is centrally completed through the main control board (AoIP acquisition card), and each AoIP acquisition card has dual AoIP ports (gigabit network), with access channels up to 80ch in and 80ch out. The AoIP acquisition card is connected to each sub board through the backplane, completing the interaction of audio data and monitoring data between the sub boards. Then, it is connected to the management platform through the network port, and the AoIP transmission routing function and remote monitoring management function are completed through the AES67+AES70 standard protocol.
The open control architecture based on GY/T322-2019 "Open Control Architecture for Network Audio Applications" (AES70) standard makes us sufficiently open at the architecture level. This device provides AoIP core function API interface protocol, supporting deep development cooperation based on actual applications and business scenarios.
