ACM3 Radio Station Control System Solution


ACM3 is a broadcast control and monitoring solution for broadcasting centers based on AoIP technology, covering various commonly used equipment in production, broadcasting, and main control rooms. It has a unified software management platform and can be freely combined according to different system scales, usage scenarios, and application levels. It can be built as a standalone broadcast control or monitoring system, or combined into one to form an integrated broadcast control+monitoring system.
ACM3 is an ecosystem composed of a series of hardware devices and software modules, which can provide AoIP hardware devices including hyper fusion matrix, digital mixing console, digital audio router, intelligent switcher, digital audio with monitoring, etc. Currently, they have all been upgraded to compliant products that comply with GY/T 304-2016 and GY/T 322-2019 standards. It can also access and manage audio and non audio products from different manufacturers that comply with AES67 and AES70 standards, are partially compatible with AES67, and have network management functions (such as traditional matrix, video surveillance, dynamic environment monitoring, etc.). For audio devices that do not have an AoIP interface, we also provide a CR100 audio router to complete the transfer.

The ACM3 system is built on an IP local area network, which not only meets the needs of AoIP services, but also carries other communication services for audio devices, as well as non audio information such as video surveillance and environmental monitoring. Given the network technology characteristics of AoIP, topology optimization, VLAN partitioning, QoS policies, and three-layer switch mechanisms are used to meet their respective business needs. ACM3 typically consists of a redundant architecture consisting of two mirrored networks, one primary and one backup. The network composition and device access are shown in the following figure:




application mode

 The ACM3 management platform adopts a layered architecture, consisting of a data layer, a support layer, an application layer, and a presentation layer. The audio device management adopts AES70, integrating the access and control of audio devices and AoIP streams. Retrieve data from the data layer and support layer, classify and combine it for various applications and large screen presentations, including device management, routing scheduling, operation analysis, alarm handling, and duty management. ACM3 has a unified message center that classifies and stores recorded log information and triggered abnormal alarms, coordinates scheduling, achieves synchronous linkage and release on various display platforms, and conducts in-depth analysis and decision assistance.
ACM3 can build systems with different security levels and scales according to user needs, support the construction of a hybrid framework of traditional audio and AoIP audio, and deeply integrate them. It can achieve multiple heterogeneous backups and strategic processing,
To meet the requirements of users at all levels.
